Elise Roedenbeck is a Peruvian-American comedian, writer, and producer.

In addition to performing stand-up, Roedenbeck is a correspondent, writer, & producer for Fusion Live on Fusion  - an ABC-Univision joint venture. Previously, she was the New York bureau chief for Pocho.com, where she created the political satire web series, MiJA Weekly.

Roedenbeck studied sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade. She is a house comedian at the Train Wreck Comedy Show in NYC and regularly performs with Have-Nots Comedy in Miami.

Born in Lima, Peru to Peruvian parents with Peruvian grandparents, Roedenbeck spent most of her childhood in Miami when it was still just a swamp. She enjoys animal attacks, the works of Camus, and long walks on the beach (preferably without the sun in her eyes).
